My experience with CMG Cunningham Dickey solicitors and Pamela Charters who was our lawyer was a truly wonderful experience. We had been recommended by our estate agent to contact Pamela specifically in regards to a property we wanted to purchase and as someone with no experience regarding property sales until this moment she took away my worries and concerns. She was friendly and helpful and offered useful advice and guidance regarding our survey and the questions we needed to ask. When meeting her in person she was friendly and supportive and I can’t recommend her enough and the excellent law firm of CMG Cunningham Dickey. Easily located in the city centre of Belfast by public transport, the office is professionally run and any time I called thanks to the excellent staff I was greeted in a friendly manner and my calls were returned promptly. I never felt ignored or lost during my legal dealings like I might have. Paying for my legal services was always explained. Before hiring Pamela as our lawyer a price estimate was discussed and emailed to me to see if I was comfortable to proceed and that was a major relief.
