   My experience with Edwards & Co Solicitors was nothing short of frustrating. Their communication was, at times, completely non-existent, leaving me in the dark during critical moments. Despite repeated attempts to get updates, my calls and emails were often ignored. Even worse, they failed to provide crucial advice at key stages, which had a significant negative impact on my case. Their lack of professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process far more stressful than it needed to be. If you're looking for reliable legal support, I STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere. Edwards & Co fell far short of even basic expectations. AVOID!

   Edwards & Co. have just been so brilliant for so many reasons. There is no doubting that the circumstances that leads one to seeking legal council are emotionally turbulent. Looking back, I am sure that I was down right, more than a handful. Edwards & Co. always showed understanding and caring. I could feel my solicitor carrying the burden of my hurt, whilst also reassuring me. I think Edwards & Co. gives meaning to what it is to be a Family Law Firm. By taking responsibility for the welfare of my family, they become somewhat of a family of your own.

   I have used Edwards and Co for a number of issues and have always found them to be lacking. I would not use them again and I feel that they do not do a good job for their clients at all. I would avoid at all costs.

   Only giving one star as I can't give zero. I made a personal injury claim in 2014. Seven years later and it's hardly any further forward, it hasn't even come to a meeting with the defense counsel. They've used up all my legal aid and so much of my time. I can go 8 months without a response from them. I would not recommend this firm to anyone, I can't believe they're even in business.

   Edwards and Co are an absolute pleasure to deal with. All of their staff are highly professional and engaging whilst being extremely personable at the same time. One things that strikes me each time I walk into their offices is the friendly and welcoming ambience which cannot be said for other offices which I frequent!
