   Honestly seeing all these negative reviews makes me so sad, sounds like these customers may have some personal issues with staff, which is okay, but a deceptive impression of what this store really is. Warm, Welcoming and nothing but helpful and nice. They always go above and beyond, have absolutely ANYTHING a person asks for and prices are very reasonable. Keep it up, I love this local shop.

   Used to be a great little shop with previous management. Things have changed. The vegetables and fruit are often perished, or just not good quality. They are often out of basics like milk and spices. But mostly, they are just unfriendly, considering it's a neighbourhood shop. Although I go in the shop regularly and probably spend more money than average, they always act as if they've never seen me before, never get a greeting even at the counter when paying and I never get a smile. Sad change. If I want a few things I now go to another one on Pembury Circus, who gave me a very warm greeting on my first visit. Makes a real difference.

   Customer service is appalling. They do not greet their customers with a smile or a good morning. They always look sad and upset, like they don't want to be there. The least they can do is make their customers feel welcome.

   My repeated experience a little local has been consistently poor. Every time I’ve gone in to drop off Evri parcels they act like it is a burden. The attitude when accepting parcels is awlful. It always feels like they never want to do any actual work. Customer service is dismissive. Staff show attitude, act like you are inconveniencing them, and complain about parcel size or weight even when they’re completely normal. It feels like they do not want to assist or engage at all. It is tiring, it puts you off using them, and honestly it ruins my mood for the day. I don’t know if anyone else gets the same treatment but this has been my experience repeatedly. I only go there because it is walking distance for me, but whenever I can, I choose to go somewhere else where basic courtesy and professionalism are consistent.

   Do not use InPost delivery to little local! They do not take them in, I had 6 parcels going there roughly the same time and it got refused and it is going back to the sender. Wasted of time! Why having it on the option to send it to them when they don’t accept parcels. They don’t pick up the phone calls too

   I love this little shop! It is always well stocked without being cluttered. There is good lighting and it doesn't have that crowded sometimes dingy feeling that other corner shops can have. It is quite modern and you can collect or return parcels from many major retailers and have labels printed too. During lockdown it was one of the few places that seemed to always have toilet paper!!! Lastly, they are always welcoming and friendly which is a rare thing these days.

   Took forever to find my parcel. Then, they made some lame excuse about the delivery driver leaving it in the wrong place, instead of just apologising for keeping me waiting over 15mins. Will I be visiting that shop again?? No, I dont think I will!

   I would like to give zero if possible! I had an expensive item delivered via DPD & thank God the man took a picture of it otherwise the little local man (Ali whose name was mentioned in my text from DPD as the person who took it ) kept saying we don't accept anything from DPD had to argue & only after they saw the picture are willing to check at the back. The funny thing is my order wasn't even at the back it was just sitting behind them. If they don't accept from DPD why take any order? after they hand me my order Ali was saying to me “you are using my shop address as a post office” All they need to do is didn't accept any order that does not apply to them. Miserable & unhelpful people!
