Made payments to J Mckee for a CCJ and i have now foind out that no payments have been made to the courts. They say they dont have any records and the court never received any money. So where has my money gone.
McKees were appointed by Natwest for our remortgage. First class service. The regular text updates and online tracking is fantastic. Everything happened when they said it would. Would use again.
Our experience with McKee's was extremely disappointing. The team was slow to request information from my husband, which delayed the completion of our mortgage. Instead of requesting all necessary details at once, they asked for information piecemeal, causing further delays. This inefficiency was highly frustrating. It also felt like if my husband or our mortgage advisor hadn't repeatedly chased their team, we would still be waiting for updates. We had to send multiple emails just to get any information about the status of our mortgage. Additionally, when making payments, the solicitor advised us on the incorrect amount, causing even more delays. Overall, it was far from a seamless experience. This service caused unnecessary delays and extra charges, leaving us stuck on a standard variable rate longer than necessary. I do not recommend McKees-Law.
Was transfered to McKees from another solicitor that was struggling to make progress with my personal injury claim. Daniel was my case handler and I found him very professional. Everything he told me would happen did happen and he was very easy to contact in regards to any concerns. I am now awaiting my Cheque. So thank you for the help in a small amount of time. I had a very bad experience with this solicitor. They delayed my completion date.. Phil and Robert both from remortgage department are just giving me excuses.. I was getting charged normal rates from bank.. I will tell every one go with some good solicitors.. But not with them..
