   What has happened to Holland and Barrett Sidcup , I took my purchase to the till ,an assistant was checking the drinks , 2 other members of staff were filling a self , I was the only person in the store , I did not realise. It’s now self serve . A member of staff did come over to explain , why self serve in a shop that never had more than half a dozen people in at one time and 3 members of staff To one customer and unable to serve . I will not go to Holland and Barrett again .

   Good looking shop sadly staff is miserable not a good atmosphere they just want you out so they can stock the shelves. Standing there looking at something and a trolley just got pushed in front of me. Won't be back better to shop online

   Holland & Barrett Sidcup must be doing so well that they can afford to turn away paying customers. I was in the store just before closing time, and at exactly 17:31, I was told to put my items down and come back tomorrow because they were closed. No flexibility, no courtesy — just a blunt dismissal. It’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. A minute’s grace would’ve gone a long way.

   I’ve generally had good experiences here and in fact, a previous visit had outstanding service. This time, sadly Rafida was pants. I had brought the bottle in knowing that they stocked empties and asked to get the same thing (from their stock). Rather than help, Rafida chose to simply direct me to the empties and walked away to the back of the store until closing (20 mins later) leaving her poor colleague to then run around trying to help. H&B isn’t cheap and should really evaluate their staff to see if they are in fact customer oriented. And now as I drive past it after closing see Rafida by the door watching her colleague who is clearly putting away things and closing up. Not a great look for the Sidcup store.

   Really unhelpful staff who could not be bothered to check their own stock availability and ordered me to do so myself. Customer service at its very worst.
