If you want to reserve something, please do not reserve it with this store. They seem to be clueless and irresponsible. They will only waste your time and turn your money into a credit voucher. They need more training. I have never been so disappointed with the service of any Holland & Better store!
Have had nice service here before but it’s ridiculous that this location is open until 5:30 because who works around here? It’s why your business is going to amazon. It’s hard to shop local when you’re not open.
I entered the shop at 5.27pm and instead “hello” I was shouted “shop closed!” I said, it’s still 3 minutes, just wanted to see promotion offer. Another shout out to”shop closed!, as I need to serve the queue.” So I left. Very dissatisfied. Next time Sidcup only. Never again Eltham.
I had an incredibly disappointing encounter at the store due to the appalling behaviour of the manager (didn’t get his name). It's clear that the manager has a serious lack of understanding when it comes to customer service. I hope that Holland & Barrett takes appropriate action to address his attitude. I urge anyone considering a visit to the Eltham store to think twice before walking through their doors. No customer should have to endure the rudeness and indifference displayed by their manager.
Came in to exchange a product I brought online the manager was very rude saying that I should’ve come to the counter before picking up a product to exchange my item with. He said he wasn’t happy to exchange as I could’ve picked up the item from the shelf inferring I was trying to shoplift despite me having my receipt. Very rude and poor management.
Excellent choices in stock - a wide selection, assistant was helpful finding me a product I was searching for, helpful tills service also

I just came from this branch empty handed because the staff was rude by making comments that I should not be there as I don't seem to visit their shop for essential shopping. First, there were times when I shopped in your branch even over £300 at one visit. Two days ago I shopped in Bromley Glades branch £102, but I visited your branch as well, as I knew you might have more or what Bromley does not have. Why are you having these penny offers, buy one get one half price or 15% off if you spend over £25 BY MIDNIGHT??? To SELL, my dear. :( Second, you ladies should not be opened if that's the case, your shop does not sell essentials as food or medicines anyway. You sell supplements, those are not medicines, they don't replace the treatments prescribed by doctors. You don't sell food either. So, where is the 'essential' than? I will never come to your branch again. With me and another customer in your shop, while there were 2 of you I don't see how was I not ok to look for what I needed. Customer service=zero in Eltham branch. DO NOT THINK PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. I WORKED AND STILL WORK 20 YEARS DEALING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Nice little shop selling most things you'll need from H&B. Staff are nice and friendly, and knowledgeable about the products
