   I like everything about this shop: the products, the opening times, the helpful staff, the parking facilities, the location; except for one thing. There's no way of finding out if an item is in stock unless you physically visit a branch, which is very time consuming.

   Feedback for B&M – 10 May 2025 Absolutely disgraceful experience at your store today, just before closing. I handed a £50 note at the till and the girl in a hijab,She ran it through the note checker and just stood there. I politely offered to pay by card if there was any issue with the note, and she tells me she has to get her supervisor. Why? You have a machine right there that tells you if the note is genuine or not — use your head.She said it B&M policy. Then, the supervisor shows up — and wow, what an absolute attitude problem. Smelled of superiority and rudeness. She checks the note in the exact same machine, clearly wasting time and dragging out the queue. When I pointed out that this unnecessary delay was holding people up, her response? “DOESN’T MATTER PEOPLE WAITING.” Zero apologies. Zero professionalism. Just a bucketload of arrogance and contempt for paying customers. Is this the level of service B&M finds acceptable? Staff who can’t make basic decisions, a supervisor who throws attitude instead of managing, and no regard whatsoever for customer time or respect? Honestly, I’m stunned this store is still functioning with people like this running it. Now onwards surely avoid to visit.

   The manager a bengali guy was very rude to me and aggressive to me, he thinks he knows better but he does not know anything. His just so rude and patronising the way he spoke to me

   Always pop in here as 9 times out of 10 they have what I am looking for and while the quality of the product might not be what it is elsewhere it's not far from it and the price is always unbeatable so convenience and a slight reduction in quality certainly does it for me.

   Decent quality items at reasonable prices. They have a good selection in homeware like kitchen utensils, dishes, bedding, etc. Their gardening selection is also very reasonably priced. This store has filled shelves so you won't be disappointed.

   This store is quite big and I was able to find what I needed and more. The security guard following me and my children around the entire store as if we were thieves was the only thing that bothered me while I was shopping there. I didn't like that at all. He was not at all friendly and was really unpleasant. I won't go back to this particular B&M  again to shop. Additionally, avoid visiting on the weekends. Parking is very few and traffic is terrible.
