   Lots of everything, not always the cheapest price, but there's a bargain here and there. So shop around and don't be fooled. Good place to go for the odd household items. ...and a little bargain here and there.

   Always love shopping from b&m in general buy loads of things had a issue a few times hence giving 4 stars is some products on the shelf are expired like chocolates crisps and fizzy drinks otherwise for toys and house decor excellent

   Pathetic customer service. A staff named Renee was extremely impolite and rude. We went to return some stuff, we had accidentally lost a receipt and this store doesn't even give you a digital receipt. Anyway so i asked if it's ok to give me a credit note, and instead of explaining the policy/process to us which she herself didn't know, she went on to bluntly blame us of theft. finally we had to resort to cctv footage to prove that we came in with the stuff we were returning. disgusting experience, never going to this store again. she should be fired for her attitude

   Found staff very helpful, discovered you cannot pre-order items I required (planning a family event), as the operating model is based on what is in stock and on shelves. Great value on the items purchased and was given helpful advice from staff.
