   This review is not a review of the services or professionalism of the solicitor Helen Russell. This review and the one star rating is based solely on the fact I made an appointment with Helen via the Ballymena office 8 days in advance. I was called from the Ballymena office 4 hours before my appointment to be informed 'something had come up' and Helen couldn't make it. No explanation whatsoever was offered why. My girlfriend and I had rearranged our work plans to make this appointment but not one iota did Stewarts Solictors care about that or the urgent issue I needed help with. Unprofessional and incompetent at best, downright rude at worse.

   Avoid !!!!….so slow and extremely unprofessional. Rude staff and a simple situation dragged on well beyond any reasonable timescale. Solicitors working part time hours, yet taking on far more clients than they can handle …money first and terrible communication. Worst I have ever had any dealing with …in my own entitled and humble opinion…Avoid and go elsewhere.
