   in 2020 I had a consultation, to which I brought documents on my case. the lawyer took all the documents. Several years have passed, I urgently needed couple documents that is almost impossible to restore. I turned to the lawyer again so that he could return the documents to me. To which I was told that everything had been thrown away. although all the documents could be sent by mail directly to me, because the address is indicated on each document. I am outraged by this attitude towards documents, especially from a person who should treat papers responsibly like no one else! By the way, at that consultation I only received help in the words “forgive and forget the offender.” disgusting!

   I really can't find the appropriate words to describe the incompetence , lack of progress and lack of communication that I have experienced dealing with this company. If you are reading this chances are that you are looking to hire their services , if that's the case please stay away from them I made the same mistake of ignoring these online reviews and here I am writing this after wasting 5 months of time. During my involvement with them they even lacked the basics.never communicated any progress and i had to chase for days and weeks sometime to only find out that something happened and they still haven't don't anything about it.I wish I could give more details but it's a public forum all I can say is that these Soliciors are probably the worst ones in Belfast you can deal with, they don't have a care how their bad service can leave a client with life changing impact .it's really a surprise how they are still a business.

   Wouldn't even give 1 star the worst solicitors ever if you have lost a love one and they are dealing with the will I would advise you to take it somewhere else the stress they've put my family through is awful .They put us through more stress than losing my father.They say their professional not one bit never answer your calls tell you lies have more dealings with the secretary who changes her name all the time and if you phone a few times they hit the button to say there closed when there not. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone just glad we have no more dealings with them.
