    Bad costumer service. I had bought a product just 5 minutes ago before I enter this store and I had it under my babys pushchair and when I was going to pay at the till for something I bought the lady at the till looked at me like a thief and demanded me the receipt which usually I don't keep it but this I had. She told me she need to see it as they have the same product and also was more expensive than in any other shop, after I just shown her the receipt she told me that is not the name of the product there and it needs to be , like I made the receipt. She made me feel like a theif and didn't even believed me.

    It's bearable in the week when there are not many punters about as the one till scenario can deal with it. Today the person on the till had to call someone as they wanted a refund. Massive queue and the person who tried to sort the refund could not. I just left my stuff and left as it was going nowhere. It's the 3rd of December and a Saturday, make sure all your tills are operational.

    Most items were originally more expensive than other shops before discount. They are using RRP as the price to knock 50% off . Had to pick and choose but think that overall I might have saved 15% on my shopping

    Great store for finding many bargains, especially in the food section. Some of the items I would normally pay twice as much elsewhere. Check dates as they could be short, which is fair enough considering the great prices. Just knocking off one star as they need more staff to support the one person they often just have on the tills, something that the big retail companies need to stop.

    I come here on a regular basis Hugh shop lots of items on sale here. Great bargains to be had. Have to check dates on food stuff sometimes they are short dated. Large car park. You have to walk all around to get in and out which according to staff is to make it hard for shop lifters!!!! Please note the trolleys don't take tokens only £ coins which is a pain
