   Two weeks in a row to go out for a meal, two weeks in a row taxi is late. Ended up can cancelling last week and taxi now 30 min late. No wonder restaurants are going to the wall given this level of taxi service. No mention of potential delays when they took my pre book, at least the highwayman wore a mask

   As a trusting but hyper-organised person I decided to book a cab to take us from Dundonald to Belfast Titanic but phoned over 90 mins before we needed it in case the time might be a problem. Lovely lady said “yes, that’s all booked in for you”. Standing outside 5 mins before the time booked we awaited the taxi. 5 mins after it should have arrived I phoned just to check it was on its way. “It should be there very soon.” My disabled husband was perching on his walker but getting cold. We needed to be at Titanic at 12:10 so at 11:57 I phoned again and was told it would only be another 10 minutes or so. At this point I lost trust in the company, cancelled the booking and changed the Titanic booking to the next day. A wasted day and a loss of trust. Tomorrow is another Taxi firm!

   RAGING wouldn’t even be the word!!! “Pre booked” a taxi at exactly 5:06pm on Wednesday for 3:30am on Thursday morning was told it would arrive on time with me again “PRE BOOKING” the taxi for it to be on time came at 3:57 and I had to be where I was going for 4 o’clock not good enough would of at least expected the metre to be started half way into the journey as it was in the middle of the night and all traffic lights are green so angry and I have used this taxi company for ages “WILL BE THE LAST I USE IT” #NOTRELIABLE

   Organised 3 taxis to take a group of friends to a distillery tour. All 3 cars arrived right on time, were spotlessly clean and the drivers were friendly and helpful, professional and efficient company. Highly recommended.

   Was let down badly today. Left standing at the Ulster Hospital for an hour! Call handlers were rude and unhelpful. Will never use them again. I know cab companies have capacity issues but these people simply don't care

   Would have given 0 stars but no option to do so! Pre-booked the taxi for 3.30pm and didn’t arrive until 4pm so meant extremely late for restaurant reservation. Rang a number of occasions to be told traffic is bad and it won’t be long……..what traffic is that at 3.30pm in the afternoon?!?! They shouldn’t have taken the booking if they couldn’t take it. Absolutely terrible service and won’t be using again.

   I phoned for a taxi around 5.00pm and the girl who took the call said that a taxi will be with you shortly. After 30 minutes I phoned back to ask if the taxi was still coming and she said yes it's on the way now. After another 20 minutes the taxi driver phoned me and said that he was round the corner, finally 10 minutes later my taxi arrived. So standing for an hour freezing cold their version of SHORTLY needs to be changed to???

   Booked taxi at 8pm on a quiet Sunday evening for 21:00 21:10 called taxi firm and was. Told that taxi will be dispatched shortly. Waited until 21:27 and taxi still handy showed. I understand if it was a busy Saturday night and we had to wait… no problem. But t pre book and hour in advance…. Unacceptable I would not rely on this company to get me to an appointment on time.
