Great experience, Driver took me down an alley and was wearing a black ski mask then said "Sorry, I thought you were Josh". Easy mistake tbh. I'm indebted to them now, just like Josh ;)
These guys were bang on. Used the app and they arrived early. Gave me good recommendations for my next visit and got me to the ferry on time. Spot on service and driver was great!

Operator misheard me when I told him my address. I only realized when I tracked the car when it said it had arrived. I called back and explained what happened, they had another driver with me within a few minutes 10/10 service. Always reliable!
Prompt arrival of taxi. Dividing screens fitted to comply with 'covid' rules. Very pleasant, chatty driver!
Not great. We booked a taxi and there a mix up, as they arrived at the address across the street. We phoned again to clarify, and were informed that the taxi would be redirected. The driver was insistent that despite having the registration sent in the text message, he had been directed to another address and would not help us. The contact on the phone was considerably less pleasant, telling us that we would have to sort our own problem out. A shame, because I thought we were more than understanding on the phone, and have never had to leave a negative review in my life.
