   Shocking service. Rang for a taxi from royal hospital when it was dark as I don’t know Belfast area and I was going back to the hotel from Visiting my husband in icu, I was told by the person on the phone just walk it you will Be fine and hung up on me what a shocking bad service!! The complete rudeness. Wouldn’t recommend with that kind of service. Making a young girl walk the city of Belfast by herself in the dark.

   Booked taxi for an early morning flight 2 days in advance and then again the day before the flight to double check. Both times the person I spoke to said it was all fine.It didn't turn up. When my friend called the taxi company 20 mins later the manager said he had no record of the booking even though I had the evidence both of the calls on my phone log and my friend witnessed me making nothing calls. Unreliable firm. DO NOT USE!!

   Avoid at all costs, pre booked a taxi a full month in advance for my wedding (which now seems to be a thing they do since I’ve looked closer at the reviews). Got a call at 9pm (just 4 hours before pick up) on the day of the wedding saying they wouldn’t do it as there is a concert Belfast leaving us stranded. Said they would call back in half an hour after I spoke with them saying how bad of a situation they are leaving us in. I had to then find alternate ways home. I then never got a call back from them. Completely unprofessional, rude and offered no help or apology for the situation.

   Do not use this company!! We booked a taxi with them almost a full week in advance to ensure reliable transport for myself and my family while travelling home from a wedding outside Belfast. Despite this, we received several calls from them just 40 minutes before the scheduled pickup time saying they were cancelling the taxi as they could no longer provide it, we asked them to help provide a resolution as we were stranded. They were unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving us completely stranded in an unfamiliar area with no alternative transport options. This is not just poor service, it is a complete failure of basic professionalism and decency. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. They cannot be relied upon, and they clearly do not value their customers. On speaking to another wedding guest they had done the same thing to them so this was not an isolated incident. Thank goodness the hotel rang another cab company that were great value and efficient and who collected us as soon as they could

   We had an early flight and were very happy with this cab service. Michael was a great driver, turned up 5 minutes early and got us to the airport with lots of time to spare. He was friendly and great to chat with. Would book again.
