Dude took a intentionally took a wrong turn instead of following google maps "to save time" was stuck on 1 street for 7 minutes that added an additional £2.80 to my fair despite hardly moving at all. Don't order especially if you're in a rush. My 15 minute drive turned into 24 minutes which made me almost miss my appointment.
Lovely service, i booked for the first time and unaware i had to pay cash. The driver helped me find a cash machine and was very patient and helpful. Thank you for such a wonderful service!
Ordered a taxi to York gate city side I was the only one at the depo what should have been first come first served turned into me standing around waiting for over an hour watching people who showed up way after me getting picked up leaving me wondering when was my taxi going to arrive just to find out the driver showed up picked up a random person said nothing and left me waiting with no word like come wouldn't know how to be professional at anything at that point highly recommended to avoid using not worth your time or effort complete joke when you can't even understand how to taxi right never again.
Really genuine reliable taxi service. Compared to the bigger companies, B Cabs out performs them on customer service.
Managed to get me to an important doctors appointment early despite being a last minute booking. Gentleman in dispatch was extremely helpful and my driver Patricia cut through morning rush hour like a knife through butter. Can not recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Extremely bad customer service, they never pick up the call even after 20-30 mins of wait. No response to emails. When booked using the website, they don’t send any confirmation or update on the booking
Was waiting about 30+ minutes on the phone to even contact someone, whenever I would get to 1 in the queue, immediately hung up on, shocking service
Appalled and disappointed. We booked through B cabs for my 80 year old uncle and as the driver arrived, after telling the operator he might need to wait 5 mins for an 80 year old to come down the stairs. The driver decided to honk the horn and dash off after 2 mins. For a customer that has used B cabs for 2 years,I will not be using this service again nor I will be recommending to anyone. The operator was extremely unhelpful when asked why the driver did not wait and refused to book another taxi resulting in her to put the phone down on an 80 year old man. Shame on you.
