Just got a taxi to grand central station from Abbeydale Park. The driver (unfortunately we didn’t get his name) was so lovely and really friendly. A credit to your company and as a result we will book you again!
Person was so cheeky would never get a taxi here again Asked for my address when I said it 5 times and was screaming and cursing three the phone
Being invalid we needed transport to the Waterfront in Belfast, after ringing a few firms I rang Alpha taxis expecting the worst. The young lady who took the call was very polite and helpful, booked us Cab for the journey down which came exactly on time. But… told us that we couldn’t pre book for the evening. When the show was over I called her again and she said she would get us one straight away. As we exited the building the cab was pulling in to the pickup area.
Called for a taxi to get someone home and the man who answered incredibly rudely just said 'no chance' after repeating back my street name. tried to ask him to explain, but he'd hung up. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Off hand I think he thought I meant from the nearby pub?
