    Ordered a taxi and tried to get it for half but said they couldnt do it for half would a taxi at Quater past be okay so we agreed now it's past even half the time we wanted it for and still no taxi, we rang and said will be here shortly and still no taxi 10 minutes later what a joke

    DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST FIRM!!! I booked a cab to pick up my daughter at the international airport for a flight arriving at midnight. I paid the full fare in advance (£50). My daughters flight was 45 minutes late. The driver refuses to wait and drive off. Kate Kabs refuses to refund my £50. I had to wake up my elderly mother to drive to the airport to fetch my daughter. Other firms I have used will charge an extra fee for an airport pick up if the flight is late but the drivers do not drive off and keep the money. This is dishonest and I am disgusted with this policy. Susan at Karekabs was particularly unhelpful.

    Taxi booked 5 hours prior to pick up, that time came and went, then had to wait over an hour and half for it to finally show up. Phoned to check on status of booking 5 times, each time I was told it will be there in 10/15min... When taxi did arrive, the driver decided to take me on the most rediculous route. Far from being a direct route, I'm a Bangor local and know my way around the town I've lived in for 30 years. When confronted the driver was very defensive and then made his way back onto the correct route. This taxi journey normally would cost £5.50-6 this one was £10 and I terminated the journey a little eaas I only had a £10 note on me. I have never come across worse customer service in my life and I have traveled the world with work. Horrendous service and punctuality, would never recommend anyone friend or foe
