   Terrible service. I had prebooked a taxi for 2:50am from my home to sprucefield shopping centre ( 10min journey) to catch 3:15 bus to Dublin airport. I had informed them that it was to catch bus to the airport and needing to be on time. The taxi driver was 15min late so I had to drive my car last minute so I don't miss the bus and abandoned my car in the carpark. I phoned value cabs afterwards to express my dissatisfaction and the first thing they said instead of at apologising was 'you were told to book it for earlier in case this happened and you didn't take the advice'.. While I had already factored additional 15min. The whole point of prebooking a taxi is to avoid last minute stress but this company can't time manage or allocate taxis specifically for precooked appointments to be on standby. Complaint wasn't also not dealt with professionalism. Appalling service.

   Sat August 2nd, 2025. White taxi waiting as we walked out from the station, Belfast central station. Time was 12.20pm. Asked the driver was the vehicle free, barely audible response 'yes' Asked to bring us to Mandela hall, received a semi-sigh, and we sat into the car. Immediately the driver started a rant about the state of the country, government debt, and of course, immigrants. He got more and more annoyed/angry/agitated on the short journey. He pointed at pedestrians who did not have white skin and said 'send them back '. This continued to our destination. Needless to say, he did not receive a tip. On the happy occasion of our visit to a very uplifting concert, this was a very unwelcome start to our day. Thankfully we enjoyed the concert, but will pass by this office in future.

   Unreliable. Don’t count on them if you need any taxi from central Belfast. They don’t answer their phone and taxis on street won’t accept you unless you are going to another location in central Belfast. Find another taxi provider.

   Tried to get a taxi home on Saturday night from Belfast city centre to about 10 minutes out. Driver initially wouldn't take us but then said he would only take us if we had cash which we had and quoted us triple the fair it should be (but when itis 3am and 0 degrees we accepted). Driver then said we had to pay upfront and when we asked why he just said it was because it was his taxi and we had to. We said no and that we would pay him when he left us home, showed him we had the cash but still said we had to pay before he would move. We offered to pay £10 and the rest when we got home safely he refused and said we had to leave his car and even phoned the police wasting their time and resources. He continued to sit parked for 10 minutes after we got out and then drove off to park and wait at another area of the street. Avoid this taxi service. (Car registration was RF17 YDZ)

   Drove past me and friend 3 times in the row and said we were not outside the house. I called 5 sec after the taxi drove past us and said that we were not there. You lost 3 customer!!!

   Pre-booked a cab to take me to a destination at a set time. Asked their advice about what time to book for so I would be sure to arrive on time, and even said I want to err on side of time to spare. At time cab was to pick me up got automated message that they were searching for driver no time estimate available. I tried to call and talk to a person several times - no answer. Just the automated bot called me several times to inform me they were still searching for driver. In the end I had to call Uber and race to make it to my bus. The cab did call eventually but I was long gone in the Uber. Fortunately for me the UBER got me where I needed to be with one minute to spare. People pre-book to ensure they get where they need to be. If they can’t guarantee service they should not accept pre-bookings. Very disappointed in this experience.
