   Have been calling for taxis many times, and was being told there is no car, not only find out i was blacklisted for no reason. Sometimes in high pick looking to get to work or somewhere letting you waiting for ages .

   Very bad service. Always late for morethan half an hour for pick up even after booking in advance. Poor customer service. Don't even care to respond properly to customer calls.Because of trusting their services I missed the appointment. When I have asked the driver why it's late.he said to me that he will come only when he wants and he is not promising any time to any customers. What a pathetic service

   Cars were spotless, driver was friendly and patient. With the cost of living can't really expect a lower price especially since we had multiple drop offs etc..But overall would use them again when in their area of cover.

   MOST of the drivers are awesome……but not all, so can’t give more stars Reliability is MOSTLY good, but not always, so can’t give more stars However they are the only taxi company I will use in West Belfast as they are better than the rest
