   My family have used Bills taxi service for years and nothing is ever too much trouble no matter the time or the weather ( the snow and ice gets horrendous where I live) he is always more than happy to help, 2 days in a row in treacherous conditions Bill has got me to and from work safely. Even ringing him before 7 am. Always a yarn and laugh with him too, couldn’t ask for a better service

   Booked a taxi for going home after doing my big shop a few large items and I had my buggy as I have a child. This all could of easily fitted safely in the boot and back seat I have used taxis many times before from other companys and I have never received service like this the attitude received was embarrassing today I am so annoyed when I confronted Billy he said he was only joking but it was non stop complaining I have since rang another taxi company and I informed them of the items I have and they had no problem with taking me home talking to other people in the car park they have said he is rude and has had many problems with him before I will never use this service again my advice don't especially if you done a bit of shopping God forbid!

   Absolute robber, charged £26.90 to deliver a box from Larne to Carrickfergus. Took the scenic route while the meter was running! Very nice of him. In comparison, for an extra £7 from any other taxi firm you can get a taxi from Larne to Belfast city centre ( double the distance). Would not recommend at all.

   Bill has been my preferred taxi for a couple of years. He is friendly and always on time. Short or long trips are no problem. Car is always immaculate and you feel at ease straight away. Highly recommended.
