Called for a taxi. Told it might be a wee bit after the time. 30 mins later nothing. Phoned them & was told it called and no show and that the driver even sent a message. Shower of liars and incompetents. Get the bus, avoid these guys...!
Called at 07.22 to be told quick as I can. Called 10 mins later to double check. Was told taxi was 5 mins away. I went outside to wait as an Ill family member lives downstairs.
The price has been good, and I've had a pleasant time shooting the breeze with the drivers. Recommended.
Horrible experience, ordered a taxi and they said it would be 20 minutes. After an hour it still hadn't shown up. If you think about ordering a taxi from here, think again
Just tried to reserve a taxi for 06:40, was advised that they'd be there around this time. I replied that that was no problem but I needed to be at the bus station before 07:00, a max 15 min journey time on Sun morning. Their response was that this could not be guaranteed. Difficult to understand that they don't know where their drivers where and how long their runs take.

A joke of a company. Rang a taxi to collect my elderly mother from the hospital.we were told 20 mins and .no taxi came so i rang back to be told it would be 20 mins again. After a hour i called back and was told there was no taxi available and she should try somewhere else.
