A MAJOR TAXI COMPANY???? Seriously?? Tried to book at 22.30pm to be told they were booked up until Sunday morning. Wise up
Avoid. Booked 8 seater taxi. For some reason it ended up cancelled in the app. Called and got booked again after explaining. Quoted £55-58 in the app for the trip, ended up paying over £90.
Friendly and proffessional.
Boarded with a service animal and was kicked out of the cab. Do not take this service.
A 5 mile trip cost me £20!! The extra star are for the drivers, really friendly.

Absolute Joke of a firm, consistently late and poor coverage in areas where they have absorbed smaller local cab companies. I would sooner drive to my destination and pay for parking than use this crowd again.
Cons - Drivers are very rude (not all, but a few from my experience) Drivers are smoking in the car salon and don't bother about their clients whoever is feeling sick from the smell of the sigarets. Pluses - The agency itself cares about your experience and if you report on a particular driver, they will never send him again to your address.
