   Used this company for the first last night with my disabled granddaughter my journey took less than 5 minutes no traffic no lights and was charged 6 pounds needless to say I won't be using this taxi depot again.I shudder to think what the fare would be from asda to poleglass .

   Lady on phone very rude .. told me her first name was none of my business.. that because theres only 2 drivers on that she dose not need to answer the phone to a regular to tell them that there taxi was not picking them up as scheduled. Lady was just terrible honestly dont know why shes there.. tried to ring for 2.5hrs cause i was so stuck and felt safe getting dale.. i will now always use Brooke taxis as there customer service is lovely and they treat you like a human Wont let me post so had to give 1 star
