Only sent part of order, tried ringing them which is an absolute nightmare rang 42 times, chat line is a bot get absolutely the wrong answers keeps taking back to were you started when I finally got though the gentleman didn't know what I was talking about said it's on its way when package was already here but half missing, the saga is ongoing!!
I usually depends Argos for the appliaces and stuff, but getting a car seat from Argos Brentwood was the worst experience. The kid there has no clue what the store is or any of the atuff, and when asking any questions at all, the rude reply is to check the website and decide. Okay, if everyone is checking website and buying online you don't have a job anymore right? I am a tech guy, even for me looking the actual product and talking to a salesman is important for some stuff, especially when the saftey is in question. I request Argos to properly train the staff atleast in stuff which needs a bit knowledge.
Varun was really lovely, great Customer service, really helpful, very polite and went above and beyond. Definitely a valuable member of staff. Argos staff here have always been lovely and really helpful. Will definitely go back.
Hillary and Louise made my visit to Argos very pleasant as I had an issue with my kettle which they were only too happy to assist with the replacement off. Their professionalism, care and duty was impeccable and I was very pleased that they were sensitive to my needs as a mother who needed a kettle to make bottles for my 6 month old daughter. Very happy.
bought an xbox controller with a 2 year warranty online, went to go collect and was told i had to be 18 to get the warranty, even though i had already paid. ??? asked if i would get a refund and was responded to with ‘in what respect’. staff are rude
Ordered items on line, details sent to phone, just had to collect by quoting reference. So simple. Friendly helpful staff behind the screen.
Hillary, what a fantastic person she is. After helping me with a samsung phone and a LG tv, that many other stores refused to help with, this woman went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. This lady needs recognition! Thank you Hillary.
