   My wife & I visited for lunch today & placed our order. Most of the food arrived very promptly & was very appetising. My burger was missing which I raised with Kate who couldn't apologise enough. Kate explained to us that the order had gone through the till but not the kitchen. After a short time the manager Nathan came to the table & again apologised giving us £10 back by means of an apology. We did not expect this as the apologies & explanations were perfectly acceptable to us. We feel that this is fantastically good customer service & we were very pleased to be treated with such consideration. The burger came a short while later & was delicious. We will definitely be back to eat again soon & can't recommend this café highly enough. Thank you Kate & Nathan who went above & beyond today!

   Fries are horrible taken from a shop these are the type of fries I’d make frozen and put in oven but alright except from that
