Waited @ a & e Antrim hospital for over half hour. Got sent text taxi was dispatched. Never arrived ended up phoned talk of the town. They came in 10 mins. Taxi man must fell asleep
Cousin ordered a taxi for 2:40am… got til 2:50am so called and was answered after 4 try’s saying taxi was only couple mins away. Stood waiting til 3:30am still nothing! Rang constantly and no answer or reply! Truly let down as this was a service we trusted!! Just seen a text from the company saying taxi was cancelled due to a no show at 3:52am!!!! Keep in mind taxi was ordered for 2:40am AND WE WERE TOLD AT 2:50AM ITD BE A COUPLE MINUTES?!?! Disgrace!!!!!!
Got a taxi yesterday with a very lovely young lady who stayed out working over an hour and a half longer to wait until I had got an appointment at the vet for my wee dog yesterday when she took ill unexpectedly. I will be forever grateful to her for doing this for me and my Milly.
Used them a few times over the years. Each time they were as scummy & unpleasant as any other taxi driver in Northern Ireland. I never thought to do a review until I saw a fellow motorcyclist almost get rammed off the road for legally filtering. As a biker myself, this is something I cannot ignore. All vehicles should obey the road traffic laws, especially "professional" drivers!
Alright company, though a certain driver with a blue Ford Mondeo has a massive problem with card payments- if you prefer cash it’s fine, but no need to be so rude and awful about it. Regardless, prices are good and they usually come on time.
Single worst taxi experience, incredibly rude driver (John) who is genuinely the worst and most unfriendly driver who shouts at you for having a conversation and then turns his music up full volume so we couldn't even talk to eachother.
Disgusting service and offensive language from the lady operator who told me to f...off because I had the audacity to ask her where is the car I asked for 30 minutes earlier and 15 mins earlier she said the car is on the way. Should be awarded with employee of the month. Thank you
Receptionist is unbelievable rude. She talks down to you and shouts atnyou. Also some of the taxi drivers are very very rude and unhelpful. Please stay clear of this taxi company.
Life savers, we just had a crisis with our car being locked in somewhere and needed it to drive to the airport. The taxi man turned up and saved the day. He was very generous and provided us with an amazing solution. They also provided us with transport to the airport and a lift back. What lovely people to deal with. Bear in mind this was 3am in the morning.
