Absolute disgrace ordered a taxi 3 hours prior 0 show even tho it is said it showed and we were at the agreed location
Not professional at all, they have an automated system now, which means they don't need to speak to people. The wife booked a taxi for 12:15am, giving them plenty of notice, she tried calling several times, but automated system kicked in, taxi running late, then at 1:45am, taxi was cancelled. She didn't get home until 2:15am having to wait in the town in freezing icy conditions. Absolutely disgraceful that they can do this to people without a single apology. She'll never use value cabs again, and I couldn't blame her.
Some cab drivers are better than others. Some will tell you half way in the ride that they don't take credit cards and they can stop at an atm for you like they are doing you a favor. One specific driver A009069. Didnt appreciate that knowing that after getting in the cab.
Brilliant chatty friendly staff.. automated system to book... seems to be very efficient
