Customer service gross!I was there not that many times but I will avoid!I cannot say nothing about the products but the treatment that their use with customers are not related with my expectations!Sorry about but really was gross!
I have always wondered which supermarket to go to when I simply need to get discount on most of the products like shampoo, kitchen cutleryโs or even blankets and B&M never disappointed me, I always find a good deal.
A lot of offers which is nice but the staff there tend to talk a lot in their language which is rude, not to mention thereโs always only 1 till open.
yknow, an employee racially profiling me, staring me up and down and also giving me dirty ahh looks, but other than that my experience was nice

It really should be no stars! I had a browse in store and did not purchase anything. As l was leaving, the lady at the till demanded to see inside my bags. This has never happened to me in this store. I felt humilated as there was customers present. I ,asked her why she had to see inside my bag and she said as the bag looked heavy. I was not aware that you where not allowed to buy stuff from other shops? She did not even apologise for making me feel like a criminal after seeing l had nothing that didn't belong to me in my bag! :(
SOMETHING HAVE DEFINITELY CHANGED IN B&M GOODMAYS when I went in couple of days ago. Me and my family lately got very disappointed with this store. I regularly do gym couple of doors away from them and it was very handy to just grab household stuff and groceries on the way back home, this store was our usual go to store but in last few months store seemed always out of stock, empty shelves and virtually no customer services so we stopped going there. That day I was in a rush so after my gym I went to this store half heartedly as I kind of knew that wouldn't get what I want BUT to my pleasant surprise when I entered the store it was all changed, store seemed alive again and was giving welcoming feeling once more, ended up buying thingsthat was not priority :) I am happy that this store is back to it's standard and alive, please keep it that way.
Excellent customer service and always have nice things to buy!! I can go there everyday and shop, we never get bored, we love the Goodmayes branch
Don't understand what's so special about this place as the prices are same as any other big stores
Stories full of trolleys not everywhere you can hardly walk some of the goods are behind the trolley is so you can't even get, and then you got a staff taking personal calls instead of helping customers very bad service
