   I would give zero stars if I could. Appalling bad service, given various timescales for delivery over 3 different days, stuff still hasn’t arrived. Everyone we spoke to said something different, it’s on a lorry, it will be with you between 2-4, it will be with you in next 1.5 Hr… oh it’s returned to warehouse… it was never loaded onto lorry, absolute bling leading the blind , can I speak to manager, none on shift, no records on file of previous calls, eventually Ollie hung up on me whilst on hold… still awaiting delivery

   Reg: Kn72 xap Some pretty shocking driving by one of your drivers on the way out of Mitchelstown tonight. He veered dramatically off to the left and into the shoulder when he was close very behind another truck. If there was a pedestrian or cyclist they’d have been wiped out as he was so close to the truck in from there was no way he could have seen what was in the hard shoulder. That’s a very busy section of road and I run it myself all the time. If someone did that while I was running I’d be terrified and probably dead it happened so quickly. 2 minutes later and he is crossing the white line in the middle of the road. Then just before the roundabout on to the m8 and the trailer is hitting the kerbs on the roundabout. He’d want to keep his eyes on the road whoever he is because he was pretty out of control from what I saw.

   I sent a a 5k powder coating oven with this company and they failed to deliver they wanted more money to put it on a different vehicle which I refused to pay after already paying £184+extra for a tail lift a day after they sent pictures saying it had been damaged and I requested it be returned for repair the whole process took near 2 weeks from sending until I received it back here , it took 2 days for 2 of us to repair and a further 2 days for us to deliver and left me 2k out of pocket . After a claim form went in and a couple of months past I was offered £264 and after reminding them of the cost I paid for delivery they increased it t £464 and took enjoyment in telling me that there is a clause in the contract . Don’t send anything of value with these as I have used this company many times before and it wasn’t the first time they have damaged my product but the first time I had to claim .

   I had the pleasure of a missed delivery from Montgomery Transport today.having taken the day off left the driveway gates open locked up the dogs checked the doorbell worked then sat down and tracked the vehicle first delivery on it and waited only to get a message saying I had a missed delivery. Finally got through to the driver who confirmed he had been on my property for ten minutes but had only ‘chapped’ the door please hadn’t seen the doorbell.[see photo] spot the bell? clearly needs glasses or something.
