Lazier than Royal mail parcel force guys. I live in an apartment and I was made to go down to reception to collect my parcel rather than it being delivered right to my front door. You would expect something like that with receiving grub from a poorly paid deliveroo guy but a logistics delivery driver. Pfffft

Very unfriendly forklift driver this "Voicek" person is just very angry unhelpful person. DSV should teach them how to be polite with costumers.
