Absolute shambles, ordered meant to be dispatched to Firman Allen Thursday they claim they didn't get it until Friday. I call Woodsaide Monday they have will deliver it, meant to be pre 10am, at 11.30 giving up hope of ever getting parcel call them I might get it around 2.30. 28 hours late!
I could not rate this company high enough. i was importing a personal car into the Uk, and they were so helpful as I navigated the bureaucracy. They were helpful, informative and went out of their way to help me. A truly fantastic company, every employee I encountered went out of their way to help.
Atrocious service. Poor communication, hidden cost to point of outright dishonesty. Quotes mean nothing they will add words in & take words out to incure further cost after the fact offcourse . DO NOT USE ALLROUTE. If you do very beware

About a month ago, a lorry of theirs had blowout, damaging several cars including mine. They initially offered to be helpful but subsequently went via the insurance route (cant blame them for that) but their insurance company RSA is denying liability despite the fact a blowout is attributable to something, not an act of God. Usually down to tyre condition, speed of driving, load weight etc. Also the information requested by RSA was delayed in being returned by Woodside by a matter of weeks. In my opinion it made a laugh of the whole investigation process. On the night of the incident the driver also behaved questionably as in drove away from the damaged cars after initially stopping.
