Asked for taxi and all was fine until I said my location I was told no and the guy hung up. There really is no excuse for rudeness. I was a regular customer but not anymore it’s a shame. Why support your local taxi if your going to be met with rudeness?
As a regular customer of s-cabs since I was a teenager, after tonight I will never use them again! Booked a taxi with them earlier today to pick up my sister from work tonight & have just had them phone me with the most rude manner & attitude telling me the taxi won't be there. It's bad enough the let down as a customet but on top of that, the tone & the attitude of this man on the phone to me for no reason at all as if I had done something wrong. No apology that it's our mistske or anything like that just complete rudeness! Disappointed to say the least.
After being let down with no international Taxis at Belfast airport and having to get shuttle bus into town late on Saturday night S Cabs came to the rescue when Value and FonaCAB wouldn't have a booking for hours. So big thank you to depot operator and Alan the driver in getting me home. Diamond service.
