    On several occasions, Yodel has failed to deliver items to my address. It seems they may still get paid regardless of whether a delivery is successful, which could explain the lack of effort in actually delivering items. There’s also no effective way to contact them or track missing parcels. In my most recent delivery, there were two boxes. One was left on my neighbour’s porch instead of my own, and the other was found lying by the roadside miles away from my house by someone that lived there. But as a large furniture item they were unable to move it or bring it to me. Yodel marked the delivery as β€œcompleted,” using a photo of the box left at my neighbour’s property, and there appears to be no process available to dispute this. I will never order an item again if I know yodel will be the courier

    Anytime in the future I buy anything online I will ask the seller if they use yodel as there courier if they say yes ill buy from someone who doesn't use them. My laptop is purchased from ebay has been left outside the front door on a main street my safe place according to yodel? For 1 I don't have a sale space registered with yodel for 2 left outside a front door on a main street certainly isn't a safe place. Also it was left at the wrong address not for the first time this is the second time it has happened. Yodel on the shipping label it will clearly say Dufferin square not Dufferin Avenue no later on this morning I'm going to have to go and attempt to retrieve my parcel hopefully someone walking by didn't help themselves to it. Also having complained in the past about this I was assured it wouldn't happen again but it has I will be seeking componsated if I do not get it retrieved and will never ever use yodel again an absolute shambles. You make evri look great

    So so so poor. Delivered my parcel open and parts missing. Even had the cheek to photograph it at my door sitting open. The delivery guy didn’t seem to think there was any wrong. Came a week after I’d ordered and was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. Yodel said to take it up with the sender even though they left it open at my door. I’ve got CCTV evidence that everything fell out on the ground when the driver took my parcel out of his clapped out van.

    The worst courier company I have ever dealt withsuddenly my address was lost, although I've been ordering packages for 11 years from the same company and I've never had a problem with the address. Yodel doesn't know where to deliver and blames my seller. I call the seller, it turns out that the They wanted to contact them but you are talking to the computer and no help. Another time they did not deliver the parcel to me even though I was already 5th in line. I waited over 2 hours in vain. is correct.

    For 6 years they have been trying to deliver my parcels to an address 12 miles away. They blame google for this but I'm sure they could update their systems to bring the driver to my house instead of one in a different town. Sure it has the same street name but come on, it can't be that difficult to have this sorted by now. Last time I complained I was told it was my fault for not contacting the driver but the drivers number I had no longer worked for Yodel so what use was that, and the driver seems to change every few days so what can I do? Maybe I'll go and block the entrance to their depot and see how long it takes them to fix this issue then...

    Terrible service, delivered parcel to wrong place 4 miles from my house. Contacted customer service and was told somebody would be in touch in next 24 hours, luckily the person whose house they delivered it to brought it round to me, but I never heard from yodel and nobody got in touch.

    The one star relates to the "help desk" and certainly not for the local depot and courier (5 stars to the people at both - see below). It's a joke. The majority og the people are capable only of regurgitating a script. One excellent member is George. He is their one good guy. The lies fron the others I spoke to over 4 hours were appalling. The result was accusation Virgin Media were at fault but they were very quickly able to show where the fault actually was. When a help desk can't see what's on their app or site re a delivery and even say it doesn't exist you have to wonder. Their worth is nil (except George). Make savings and get rid of them. Thank you George for being so proactive and liaising with Virgin. The team in NI are very different. The gentleman at the Carrickfergus Depot was very efficient, friendly and supportive. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Quickly finding my parcel and contacting the driver, Paul. Paul delivered the birthday present out of hours and was so friendly and helpful. 5 stars for your NI team. Yodel, you have stars in NI and, bar one, wasters and ignorant people within your help desk. If you contract this out train them on the systems, give them the information needed and crush lying. Sort out how your systems talk to each other. You should be ashamed.

    Inflatable Dartboards and Yodel are identical. Lies lies and more lies on delivery. The Driver mentioned on the Tracking page says he doesn`t even cover our postcode. Last Thursday Friday and yesterday had the updates showing on the Yodel Tracking page that the parcel was in the van. The Customer Agent told me it would with us by 16.50pm. Honesty with clients isn`t something they teach at training classes y the look of it or/and is not in the Yodel culture. Now 5 days late and they haven`t got a clue where our parcel has gone to . NEVER EVER USE THEM. You will soon be taking paracetomol by the handful ... Soo Stressful
