If I could give a zero I would. Shocking service! No response to online customer enquiry and the chat bot is useless. My parcel has been in the depot after I rescheduled the delivery for the next day. There have been zero updates from DPD. I tried ringing but the line just goes dead. Worst courier service in the country.

Absolutely useless. Have wasted time waiting in for them to collect parcel to not show up. Phoned depot and was advised that the collection slots are not accurate. A huge chunk of multiple days wasted for them to not bother showing up or even advising that there was a delay.

6 out of 6 deliveries from this company failed in the last 2 months. - Deliveries 1-3 falsely claimed I was not in when they called, returned my parcels to the depot and never attempted to deliver them again or contact me to explain why they had not been delivered - Deliveries 4, 5 interfered with en-route with parts broken or missing despite robust packaging - Delivery 6 out for delivery then returned to the depot after false claim that I had asked to collect the parcel from DPD. Hard to believe this 100% failure rate could be accidental. I have asked the suppliers to file complaints and request that DPD UK look into the serious issues so many DPD Depot 89 customers are experiencing as evidenced in reviews below.

Pretended to attempt delivery. No knock, no email, no delivery note through the door - went onto website to check delivery window (spoiler - didn’t get one of them either) they said they attempted delivery but nobody was in to sign it. Was in my living room - beside the front door. When I rang up DPD I was told nothing could be done as there were no driver details available so I’d just have to reschedule - also was not offered compensation for the £10 next day delivery fee

Appalling service. I initially rescheduled the delivery date to the day after tomorrow but DPD still made their second delivery attempt on the following day by ignoring the instruction. As a result, I wasn't at home to pick up the parcel. After waited for few hours on the actual date that I requested to have my parcel delivered and the parcel failed to turn up, I called the DPD and was told that I will have to pick up from the depot or the parcel to be sent back to supplier. Hence, I quickly got a taxi to pick up from the depot.Unfortunately, the parcel is far too heavy to pick up (need two persons to lift) and I requested again to be sent to me. They cold-bloodedly refused and told me I only have two options: pick up now or sent it back to supplier. They need to sort out their app and the information left by their customer. I rescheduled twice using their app and left a note to the driver to leave my parcel at somewhere safe at my house if I wasn't at home. But all these advices are being ignored. I will never forget such an awful experience from DPD.

Worst service ever should be minus 5 stars...it took 6 days for me to finally get my parcel which by the way perishable. I made 3 journeys to 2 different locations, wasted time and petrol. The manager at Maryland was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would steer clear of this company.

Friendly & helpful staff, dropping of last minute parcel just as they were finishing loading up last wagon before closing. Came running over asking what I had & if it needed to go on the wagon, which it did, took the parcel from me no hassles, had a bit of a laugh with them then left. Great to see people being happy whilst working.
