First class service from this store. Had a pretty bad experience with another CC outside of London with slow dispatch and delivery, but these guys dispatched my item the following day and to my amazement sent via DHL for me to have the following day. Superb service all round, answered my queries and the chap on the phone was helpful. How online shopping should be!

I have been a long term customer with this store and I have always been pawning my personal items weather it's a phone or tv because when as a single parent at times we have difficulty in finding out a solution for quick cash but on a buy back so you can pawn in your items and buy them back at the earliest convenience but if one can't buy the item back you can extend the buy back date so it suits the situation at the time cash converters in my honest opinion is a life line as long as you come back and buy the items or extend over time I've been a long term customer where the staff acknowledge me from first name bassis and i feel very welcomed and very happy to come back and do business again because the staff here are absolutely brilliant all the staff are absolutely lovely. Thank you cash converters.
Wicked, pathetic and aweful services. I bought a laptop 3 weeks back and they give me the wrong charger(dont even know the supporting voltage). Visited 4 times, making lame excuses and giving me time. Now after 3 weeks of waiting, I decided to make a review.
Called the store and they could not tell me the size of a watch i wanted to purchase. I agreed to go to the store and check myself.Went to purchase the omega watch was told by the member of staff that he does not know how to open the safe and can't show it to me. I then said I wanted to purchase it and he said I can't sell it to you. Really bad service no appologies simply did not care.
No wonder it’s 2.7 rating! I wanted to buy three phones to take abroad for family. None of them come with any warranties. none of them comes with charger is. Not helpful. Staff. Their loss. I’m going Facebook market please
Amazing customer service, really friendly and helpful staff and went here myself to find out first hand how good cash convertors is. You will not be disappointed folks. If you have items in good condition especially with original packaging you will get good money paid out for them.
I came into the shop 2 days ago and I was met by the manager James who was and an absolute diamond. I bought a soverign and I am astounded by the level of service I receive from James, he's an absolute credit to cash converters. I couldn't recommend him or this store anymore..... thanks James I'll see you again soon.
I recently went to Cash Converters in Hayes Town. I can only say good things about this place. I was welcomed by a staff member who helped me pick out a Phone for my nieces birthday. As promised the iPhone 11 was perfect for her and was much cheaper than I thought it was going to be! The Customer Service was great. Will definitely be back!
