   These guys here are incredible! Went in with my daughter today to sort out some bits on buy back and was helped by a great mate named Lee. He is very friendly and personable; we had a fantastic conversation about travel spots and things whilst he was serving me and I almost forgot I went in there to sort my things out! I’ve told my cousin Julio to check them out sometime as he doesn’t live far from them because they are very reliable with customer service and as a team they are willing to help each other as I saw with Lee, so that shop runs seamlessly to benefit other customers. Top class people.

   Bought a soundbar and when I plugged it in it didn’t work no standby light nothing I sent it back and was waiting for a response and a refund I emailed them and got back when somebody is free we will open it and send you your money back. 4 days went past still heard nothing. Just didn’t seem bothered at all I sent an email having to threaten them with head office just to get my money back. Wasn’t happy not every cash converters is like this thankfully

3. RealTalk Fix UP Come correctly ★☆☆☆☆

   BEWARE the manager at this cash converters is a grifter and is running a dangerous scheme. I extended my item 3 ×£50 every month, to buy back. and feel very angry that the manager of this store answer was that he sacked the staff member, but I am out of pocket £150. And strongly feel should not have been charged 3x to extend an item that had expired. IF ANYONE HAS ADVICE OR COURSE OF ACTION I CAN TAKE. PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO SHARE.

   Have been in acton and other branches several times just to sale , I have to say I’m not that satisfied with the price they are offering for the goods I’ve sold, it’s ridiculously cheap sometimes, like they offered me £2 for (I think it was a Bosch brand from lidl) laser measurement devise, also they gave me £2 for working condition hammer dril

   Brilliant staff the 2 main customer staff that are there with polite manner they don't judge anyone and give fair prices to people who are putting items in on a loan. It's a pleasure to go there and not feel like your poor because the world isn't kind to anyone these days. Their items on sale are good quality fair price.

   I'm so happy with the service I have recieved I never bought anything from the shop myself, but I just like technology so I was recommending to my friends always when I pass by and I see some goodies that they might need. Mr. Daniel was always there to help and give another point of view!! Very attending and so carrying, like you can clearly see he is there to help as much as he can!! I love the idea of the shop it's great place with great stock!!!

   Bought an xdj700 DJ deck from here. Young bloke on the phone was very helpful when i spoke to him on different occasions. When I contacted saying the deck had many faults inside the manager said I had to bring the item in - i purchased the item online and live extremely far from the store so she knew what she was doing. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend. Didn't even get an apology from the manager. This is now potentially going to cost me hundreds in the future to get repairs done. When the deck first arrived I did get a small refund but this didn't cover the cost of the repair let alone future costs as my technician told me a huge amount of problems with the deck. And apparently my technician finding these problems in the deck voids the warenty ....?

   Very polite staff . Quite an impressive selection and standard of electrical products . Purchased a FRESH Microsoft tablet which came with the box . Very very pleased. Service was great . The manager was extremely professional and helpful.
