   I had the worst experience ever I was trying to buy a ring for my daughters birthday the ring was on sale as soon as they saw my interest to buy it the seller said oh let me check something he went to his manageress and said that someone made a mistake and put the ring on sale and told me if I wanted to buy it I have to pay the full price and not the price it was displayed on the window and the manageress excuse was that they are busy and she didn't spot the mistake and there was only one customer in the store I made a complaint to the company and the seller who was serving me was absolutely no experience and very poor customer service It felt like a scam as I was trying to purchase the ring and they were trying to scam me and make me pay the wrong amount I have never experienced such a bad customer service and unprofessional behaviour I will never shop in H&T pawnbrokers ever again please beware before you anything from them.

   Absolutely amazing service everytime....... Very polite, honest and Trustworthy..... They looked after their customers throughout the (covid 19) lock down and even provided an online service, constantly upgrading their service to meet the needs and demands of the customers. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.... I would like to thank all the staff and a massive thank you to the manager for their service you guys are amazing.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
