Fantastic experience from start to finish, I bought online and had my item sent from the Chelsea shop to Guildford. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bracelet was perfectly described and didn’t disappoint.

I had a sovereign ring and pendant which l didn’t need. I went to a jewellery shop in Guildford town centre and was offered £600. My partner, we went to Prestige pawnbrokers, they were absolutely fantastic. The lady took them and checked they were genuine, came back with a far better price. I would recommend them 100%. Good service and money was transferred to my bank.

Visited today and was appalled by the arrogant little so and so in the suit, who clearly knew nothing about watches (just regurgitating phrases that he's clearly read online without any deeper knowledge to back it up), and proceeded to bombard me with insults about my timepiece for a good 5 minutes before I had to physically turn my back on him and leave. Absolute cowboy, maybe try car-boot sales? Would be a better environment for someone with your level of emotional intelligence (or lack thereof...)
All staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Took care with my items. Explained offers in useful way. Answered questions diligently. Really pleased to part with a watch I never used. Just a tiny request, a water fountain or coffee machine would be nice.
My husband brought me a beautiful diamond ring from the Guildford store today. On choosing the rings on line, they were sent to the Guildford store within 24 hours with, no deposit or obligation. Monika was extremely helpful and patient with me (I just couldn’t make my mind up), she answered all my questions openly. We didn’t feel under pressure, unlike another jewellery store we visited in the same high street. Great experience in the store today. Monika was incredibly attentive and happy to show me the pieces that had caught my eye in more detail. This whole concept is great. What’s not to live about designer pieces at ever so slightly lower price points.
