Every time ordering online and RM to deliver is the same story. Notification saying 'we try deliver'. Try harder! Ring the doorbell, at least! Other delivery services can, why you can't?
I’ve rang these people I don’t know how many times with no answer as I need a parcel to be collected! I arranged a collection on Wednesday past and it said on my email they would be here between 11:58 - 14:58 to collect it and they had come at 10:26 and I “missed it”. Didn’t hear a knock or anything! Useless!
Staff were quick to bring out my package but I had to miss work to get there during their limited opening hours.
No parcel, tracking number says "error" when input, opening hours make it nearly impossible if you have a normal office job.

Extremely limited opening hours - useless for anyone working. Plus the card left at the house is totally illegible so can't rearrange delivery.
Don't even try and ring the doorbell when delivering items, will just slip the "sorry we missed each other" card through and drive off.
