Absolutely amazing practice. Helped with my anxioity, depression and marriage counsiling. Felt very welcome and at ease as soon as the door is opened. Offered water as soon as you sit down and can help yourself to more. The room is very relaxing. You can sit or lay down which ever one you feel most comfortable. I was helped in my own pace. If you ever feel you need to talk or been seen urgently. They will always make sure to talk and for you in. Will deffinatly recommend to friends and family. I came to the Tanglewood Practice for hypnotherapy help with addiction and have somehow managed to cover every other aspect of my life along the way, including help dealing with the most horrendously painful injury I've ever experienced in my life. It's been a real sanity saver. Tanglewood is set in a beautiful old house elevated above and not far from the city centre. I like getting to appointments early, just so that I can park up outside and sit a while looking out across the industrial but nevertheless beautiful views across the sea ...
Great practice. Had a really lovely experience here, for general counselling. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and at home. I found it very easy to open up, which in turn really helped me overcome a lot of the issues I was dealing with at the time. Never felt happier since visiting!
