   5* Always feel so much better after having a massage with Alfie. Makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive and always asks what your problem areas are. Very professional, very knowledgeable and so affordable. A number of people I know use Alfie and all have good things to say about him. Highly recommend.

   I have seen Alfie for treatment on my legs, shoulder and back. Whether it be an injury, post surgical procedure or muscular pain - Alfie has never failed to treat, advise and support me through my recovery. A great guy with tonnes of knowledge and even better facilities, no job is too big. Will recommend to ANYONE suffering any kind of ache or pain.

The sports massage I received was 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend him and I will definitely be coming back. His level of knowledge, ability and professionalism is exactly the high performance level I’m used to when training with the Great Britain Cycling Team.

   I was initially recommended AH Therapy by a friend. After my first session I was impressed by Alfie’s knowledge and skill set. I’ve been seeing Alfie regularly, to keep on top of work and training related injuries as well as general maintenance, for 18 months. He is knowledgeable, very good at his job and doesn’t push you into feeling like you need to keep coming back(I still do though). There isn’t anyone I’d recommend more highly and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

   I went to Alfie after he was highly recommended by a family member. I have had a bad back and neck for so long and Alfie got me in as soon as possible and really worked his magic. He is so professional and is extremely knowledgeable. I definitely felt a difference after my first session and I have continued to use Alfie for a while now.    What can I say? Fantastic service and amazing results! As someone that trains regularly, I am always in need of an MOT from AH Therapy. Alfie has relieved stress from legs to back and I’ve been seeing him for sports therapy for many months now. I’ll never change therapist again!
