Wow, this is a business that refuses to buy pure silver, unless you have a minimum of 60 grams... And also refuse to buy a limited edition pure gold 1/4 sovereign. Due to it not being on the system. I only wanted the scrap value for an emergency. Common sense is out the window this day in age. Their loss not mine!
I recomand this shop to people who doesn’t have nothing to do all day but make sure you take a pillow and a blanket with you because even the manager it’s working verry verry slow please don’t visit this shop again
I spent 3 days trying to get my money from Wester, the girl and the two guys who were in customer service the only thing they did was make me have one of the worst moments! They were laughing in my face at my situation! Without wanting to give me an explanation or help! They are poorly educated and lack empathy and respect for others. I would like to speak to your employer so that action can be taken! Those people don't have to be working there, and westerunion together with them should close their doors forever, they are the most incompetent people I have seen over the years .
