Was given a renewal cost based on "increased accidents." That was over £250 higher than a competitor. Very disappointed had been a customer for many years.

Typical insurance place, that said had screens up to protect the staff which was good. Hand sanitizer on the was in. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. I've used this company off and on for years. The staff were a credit to the company.
Great price, unfortunately guy who answered phone first time put me on hold to transfer me until they closed at 5.00 pm. Not Bangor it was head office. Had to do g back next day.
