   Crash was really really helpful and actually could not do enough for me the more I think about it.. unfortunately I had other problems with my car after it was fixed and when I explained I wasn't happy they were straight out the same day to pick my car up and give me a fantastic car to drive untill my car was just the way I wanted it...also kept calling me to make sure I was happy.. they really were so helpful and understanding would not hesitate to call them straight away if ever had a accident again...hats off to them

   There is nothing I can say against Crash Services NI. Everything was done for me and I mean everything. Anyone having an accident, just call Crash Services. I had to tell them all the details of the accident and luckily my vehicle was equipped with a dash cam. so do yourself a favour and try CRASH. You'll not regret it.

   I was involved in a non-fault collision right at the start of the first pandemic lockdown - my insurance company were only offering a courtesy car in the event that my car was repairable, which was not the case. With dealerships closed and nowhere enough savings to afford prolonged car hire, I reached out to Crash Services. They were great. They provided me with a hire car, which was an absolute Godsend. They also handled all aspects of the claim and offered legal services too, which I did decline as I was fortunate to avoid injury. As far I know, my own insurance company were barely involved as, once third-party fault had been proven / confirmed, Crash were able to deal exclusively with their insurance company and save me the stress, hassle and worry of doing so. It was still a incredibly stressful and worrying time, but Crash were an invaluable source of help and support.

   I got into a car accident early this year and my insurance put me through their accident service partner who were very unhelpful and left me waiting two weeks without a hire car. I was recommended CRASH instead who happened to be unreal at customer service. CRASH got me a hire car within a day and kept me updated with the status of my case on a daily basis. I’d recommend them to anybody who requires this type of service.

   Crash Services are a brilliant service for anyone who has been in a road accident that wasn't their fault! Mairead M at Crash dealt with my claim and not only was she super easy to get in contact with (via both phone and email, unlike other companies), she was very thorough, quick and was able to get me a hire car on the day I contacted her. They have made dealing with my first, and hopefully last, RTA incredibly easy and stress free. Thank you Crash!
