She explained everything to me in detail, and made me feel comfortable once I agreed to go ahead with my transaction. l like the way she dealt with me, her customer care was so friendly and helpful. H&T sold me a gold Cartier, which was later found out to be stolen, I handed them back the watch and wanted to buy another watch and pay the difference. After 5 trips to the same store, the deputy manager Dione on site refused to even show me The brietling, cause she had come back from holidays and had no idea what to go. Made me wait and then later refused to show me the watch. I mean the level of attitude where you as a business sell a customer stolen goods, and even when customer says that he will buy something else, you refuse to show him the other product and lie blatantly on his face. I will never be buying anything from H&T, especially a watch, and I will take H&T to consumers lawyers owning to this experience, where I was sold stolen goods and made to visit store almost 5 times in a week just to sort things out. Absolutely abhorrent. I received a text from HandT to view the item in store, and I was not shown it, even though I had returned the Cartier they sold me to the same store, just because the deputy manager was just back from holidays. Can you imagine the frustration I would feel as a customer, first I was sold stolen watch, and then I was refused to view another watch, just cause the deputy manager had no idea what to do.
Some young guys don't know what they are doing. I came with some silver coins and started dropping them and touching them before I got a price for it. Few months ago the guy started flattening a gold bracelet with his magnet. I couldn't get it back, was damaged.
