   This store will attempt to exchange your money. Will attempt multiple transactions with cash and card and hand you your money (which you tell them is the wrong amount and they insist is not) back to then use the details they have from your drivers licence to send you threatening letters via post to say that you have somehow committed fraud and stole money from them which they will report to the police. It turns out then don’t know the definition of fraud and are just incompetent with money exchange or simply counting change. Horrific customer service and a true lack of accountability in making a simple transaction utterly confusing for all parties involved. Would recommend other exchange services down the road.

   Absolutely disgusting business. The girl who works here has absolutely no idea and her 'manager' isn't much better. I had problems from the absolute beginning with this business, completely useless and would not use again. Go to a more respectable, well established pawnbrokers as these guys are complete cowboys.

   DO NOT USE. They wiped my laptop completely despite agreeing on a pick up date. I had to buy back my laptop for the full amount (£200+) despite the fact they had completely wiped it of all it's software / programs. It got even better, when I took my laptop out at home and turned it on a 1/4 of the screen had been damaged. A lovely man called Mr Bowen from their head office response was 'we're not willing to do anything'. Having never used a service like this before I cannot believe this is their response to this situation. DO NOT USE this company absolute disgraceful treatment of a customer and can not stress enough how distressing this whole situation has been.
