   When asking for recommendations for excellent therapists in the Totnes and Dartington areas, Audrey’s name came top of the list. Having now had several sessions with Audrey, I can say that she really is excellent. I was seeking a professional, well qualified and effective therapist who would calmly and capably hold my heart, mind and soul while exploring some difficult topics. Audrey delivered this and more. Having seen therapists before, I know the importance of finding one who has the skill set required to safely and kindly work with you to shine a light on those dark and difficult corners we’d all prefer not to have to visit. I was also interested in a therapist that would help me with emotional system regulation, trauma responses and more. I’d previously worked with another excellent therapist using the IFS or Internal Family System model, and luckily Audrey is well-versed in this too. If you’ve never had therapy, counselling or psychotherapy before or if you’re well-versed in it, I recommend Audrey to you. Her fees are very reasonable and she communicates well and clearly with you. I’m very happy with the outcome and I think you’re highly likely to be too. Thank you, Audrey!
