   My experience with them has been very frustrating. A friend of mine has got a loan from Lewisham branch with 1.5%, but when I asked for the same rate I was denied. Yesterday I was offered 3% in this branch. To make it worse, when I called the call centre, I received completely different answers, one told me 10.40 something percent, another 3%. When I asked about the 1.5% I was told it is not possible despite my friend having this exact contract in Lewisham. They are offering different rates to different customers without any transparency. This is not a fair treatment this is a confusion and conspiracy.

   I went to Wandsworth’s shop to sell some jewelry and the person who appraised it was very unprofessional and first told me that it was not gold when I am 100 percent sure that it is 18-carat gold and finally damaged an earring. initially he didn't want to answer and then he said they were an accident. while I was waiting for a solution they told me that they would buy the jewelry hahaha after they said it was not gold. terrible experience!

   I had an awful experience. I went there to buy as ring as there was a Sale. I was surprised to see that the guy at the store was rude and denied to Show me the item on display. He was not apologetic and said to me he can not show me as the Retail is closed today. It was just before 2PM and I am definite the shop is open until at least 5PM. I asked him what's the matter and why is he unable to show me the ring and he said everybody is complaining about the same. He was not even slightly apologetic. I wonder if he was disinterested in going his job or racist. Oh ya! To begin with he was over the phone for a while.
