    Gavin is an all around genuinely nice guy and amazing handyman. He has been a Godsend for helping us prepare our property in Nottingham to be tenanted, while we live in London.     We came across Gav just by chance and I'm so glad we did. Gav installed some skirting boards for us (including a bay) and screeded an uneven piece of flooring ready for our new carpet to be laid down. We couldn't be happier with his work.     Gav has done so much work on our house over the years - from bespoke carpentry (like benches and wardrobes) and plastering, to laying a patio and fitting a bathroom - and not only is he very skilled, but he's also a super nice guy and very fairly priced. He'll tell you what he's going to do, he arrives on time and then does the work. You literally couldn't ask for anything else.

    The question you should really be asking yourself is why would you not get Gav in? Offers up clear and fair estimates and a real attention to detail in what he delivers; little things like a proper clean up of the area or looking to maximise the use of the materials purchased, just go a long way to cermet a top-notch service. He's also just a really nice guy. I've engaged him a few times now and is absolutely my go-to to get projects done I can't/won't do myself.

    Gav has done loads of work I'm my home since I bought it. From plastering to bespoke shelves and cupboards, skirting boards to hanging door, he does it all including some teaching along the way. I couldn't recommend him enough!
