Paul helped my wife and I to arrange life and critical illness cover for our family. He visited us at home, chatted about our needs and then provided a detailed report with options for us to consider. He had access to all major insurance providers and advised on the differences between the policies. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, provided advice but there was no pressure to proceed and the decision was left to us. I'm glad we did proceed as we had to avail of the critical illness cover and the policy we chose paid out in full and very promptly.
